Escape from Big Fe - Part 1 by JimLiesman Escape from Big Fe - Part 1 by JimLiesman
Inside the ruined city of Big Fe--which became a base of the rebels--a female was running. Passing ruins after ruins, she ran with all her strength. Her name was Zeta O'hara--she's a second lieutenant in the army. The young O'hara was tasked to infiltrate the Big Fe to steal data regarding the rebels. O'hara did an amazing job of blending in with the rebels and gained almost everyone's trust. When the time came, she stole the flash drive containing everything easily. Now she's heading for her escape route.

There's no way she's escaping from normal routes, the security was way too tight. That's why the army prepared an unusual escape route--an unused tunnel that connects the city to a lake in the outskirts. Yes, the tunnel was flooded with water. Normally, swimming through the tunnel was impossible because it has no power to lighten the place and operate the gates. But the army took note of this and prepared an assistant for O'hara. A lone soldier entering the escape route from the opposite direction, she would turn on the power and support O'hara from escaping.

"So, you're my assistant huh, Maria?" O'hara used the radio she stole from the base as she kept running.

"Stop bitching and just come here quickly! I'll stand by here at the midway point, in the machinery room. It's not really a long swim for there, but anything could happen! Make sure you don't mess up and drown!" First Lieutenant Maria van Zandt replied with an annoyed tone.

"You sounds like an instructor. Chill, everything will be alright!"

"I hope so. I don't feel so good about this."

As the communication ended, O'hara didn't stop and just kept running.

Meanwhile, a blonde, huge woman entered the data room in the base. She's the first person to realize the stolen flash drive. She sighed, and walked outside. Using the communicator, the short haired woman explained the situation to her comrades.

"S-stolen you said?! But how?!"

"O'hara... The camera caught her. I never really liked that girl, she's really fishy. I'll get it back, chief. Just make sure no one's freaking out about this."

"Wait, Duvall!--"

The woman named Duvall just punched the communicator, broke it into pieces. Then she immediately started moving. She knows which escape route the spy would use. Duvall once accidentally heard the spy asking about the flooded tunnel. Logically it was impossible to use, because the mechanism wouldn't operate whatever method they tried. But Duvall believed the army with their corrupt money invented some crazy gadgets to restart the machinery again, making the tunnel usable. She knew that traitor scum would be there.

Pretty okay plot I guess? I suggest you form the story more like a comic, as the drawings paired with it go for that style. And most people wouldn't understand and would probably skip the wall of text. A page of a comic is short and simple and unlike a normal novel can be read in less than five seconds.
